How you can help

There are a number of ways you can support the project.

If you know where swifts are nesting near where you live we would be pleased to receive details, ideally specific location details such as an address.

Please use the Contact Us facility to provide us with these details.

Property owners and anyone generally interested will find information available in the resources section.  Those involved in the building and construction industry will also find useful information there.

If you would like to be involved in the project please use the Contact Us facility and someone from the project will contact you.  Details of future meetings will be found in the news section. Notes from previous autumn meetings can be found in the resources section.  There is generally a meeting in the Spring and Autumn at Leighton Moss, which is open to anyone interested in the project.

We are particularly interested in increasing volunteer numbers in locations which are currently under supported.  Details of these can also be found in the news section.  Volunteers generally meet about once per week in the weeks from mid May to early August, concentrating on the late evening period when nesting swifts will come back to roost in their chosen nest site.
